**The following tariff provides you with a guideline of our prices

Prices for stays up to 31st October 2008:
Single from - £65
Twin from - £75
Superior Double /Superior Twin from - £85
Family Room from - £85 (based on double occupancy)

Ground Floor Bedroom. Travel cots & extra beds are also available - from £15 per night

Rates are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
Full English Breakfast is also included if your stay is more than one night.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hrs prior to the day of arrival, outside this period there would be a 50% cancellation fee.
